2. What data we collect

  • Contact form data: name, email, phone, business/club name, rental type, location and message.
  • Booking and enquiry data sent by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Booksy or phone.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser/device information and website usage data, but only for optional analytics after cookie consent.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and arrange rentals — legitimate interest or steps before a contract.
  • To provide rentals/services and handle payments/accounting — contract and legal obligations.
  • To improve the website using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — consent.
  • To protect the website and prevent abuse — legitimate interest.

4. Processors and external services

We may use hosting providers, Formspree for form submissions, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, WhatsApp/Meta/Instagram, Booksy and email providers. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area where their services require it, using appropriate safeguards where applicable.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is generally kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for a contract, accounting, legal claims or legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics providers and only after consent.

6. Your rights
