1. Operator

2. Service

MORSly provides portable cold plunge / ice bath rental, delivery, setup and collection services in Warsaw and surrounding areas. Final scope, availability, price, delivery fee and timing are confirmed individually by message, email or written agreement.

3. Bookings and cancellations

A booking is confirmed only after MORSly confirms the date, location, package and payment terms. Cancellations, deposits and rescheduling are handled according to the individual quotation or written agreement.

4. Safety warning

Cold exposure can be stressful for the body and may be dangerous for some people. Use is voluntary and at your own risk. This website is not medical advice.

  • Do not use cold plunge if you have heart/circulatory disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, severe asthma, epilepsy, Raynaud’s disease, cold allergy, serious illness, are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or have been advised by a doctor to avoid cold exposure.
  • Consult a doctor if unsure. Beginners should start gradually, keep sessions short and never plunge alone.
  • Stop immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, numbness beyond normal cold sensation, confusion, breathing difficulty or other concerning symptoms.
  • Follow all instructions given by MORSly staff and venue staff. Children/minors require responsible adult supervision and prior approval.

5. Equipment and venue requirements

The client/venue must provide safe access, a suitable flat location, permission to use the area, and any water/drainage arrangements agreed for the booking. The client is responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsafe behaviour or unauthorized relocation of equipment.
